We used this product on our counter tops after they were installed. The countertops are in rental property. We have reapplied the product every 6 months. It has kept the countertops looking new even in rental property. I do wish that you could get it local though.

I bought this product to clean and protect a large marble work surface I have in my kitchen. It didn't work at all. Water works better at cleaning than this product does. Don't bother wasting your money!

I think the product is OK. Nothing special and far too expensive. Cute size if you like that but not enuf product for the expense.
I wouldn't re-order this stuff.

Good cleaner and polisher. Went through it very quickly however. Polisher works well. Didn't like the sealer residue left behind and feel.

Interestingly, my kit came with TWO spray bottles of Countertop Cleaner and no Countertop Disinfectant. Probably a mistake but I mention this because I will have nothing to say about the disinfectant component.
The COUNTERTOP CLEANER, which in my case was half of the kit (2 bottles out of 4) does a poor job at actually cleaning the surface - greasy stains are not completely removed. On the other hand, it produces what seem to be rather noxious fumes that don't go away quickly even in a large, well ventilated room. Me being mildly allergic to the more aggressive chemicals, this was not a good experience.
Since this product doesn't do the job, we reverted back to 'household remedies'. For a thorough cleaning we first try soapy water - dishwasher detergent in warm water, applied with a non-abrasive sponge. We take out the tougher stains with ammonia-based cleaners (NOT window cleaners) that rinse out quickly with warm water and then use a towel to get rid of all moisture until dry.
The COUNTERTOP POLISH was Okay but the surface must be spotlessly clean before you use it and, like I said, the Cleaner is not very good at that - had to use the ammonia cleaner.
The SEALER I haven't used yet because the kit was bought mainly for countertop maintenance. We do have some marble floors that haven't been sealed in quite a while and I am planning to try it out once I get them thoroughly cleaned.
The DISINFECTANT was missing. Absent the professional formula, we are using a one part water/one part bleach solution.
While I will probably use the products in this kit, it is unlikely that I will buy a 'refill' because of the apparently toxic fumes - unpleasant for sure - and because some less expensive methods seem to produce better results, at least when it comes to cleaning.
