By R. Marks A friend turned me onto Stubb's Marinade years ago and I simply never cook up any type of steak without marinating it in this potion. Ever! Really brings out the flavor in a cut of beef. Try it one time and you'll be a believer.
Does the kind of meat matter?Nov 19, 2011
By Crankolfart What can I say but ummm, that's good! I know it says Beef Marinade, I use it for pork baby backs. Give the ribs a 48 hour marinade and then smoke for 8 - 12 hours using Apple chips occasionally, toss on your favorite BBQ sauce and caramelize on the barbie - best ribs ever!

By Robert C. Gray I have dabbled in making my own marinade. Never again! It has great flavor and zing, and helps to make tough steaks more tender. It is sometimes a bit spicy for kids. Let them eat cake.
The best marinade for meat!Jun 25, 2011

This is the only marinade we use on steaks. You can let the meat soak for hours without fear of too much salt flavor. In fact, the longer you marinade, the better the flavor.
It is also the base of my 'secret' marinade for beef and chicken jerky.
As said before, try it once and you will be a believer.
Now I have a craving for a grilled Stubb's steak! It beats any restaurant steak.
