I got tired of tuna fish, so decided to try the chicken for a change of pace. It's surprisingly good, and real handy to have around for sandwiches or casseroles. The 4.5 oz size is perfect for one or two people with no waste, and costs about the same as tuna.

I love the taste and quality of this chicken. However, be aware that it is very high in sodium and tastes pretty salty. I actually like it that way because I can just eat it plain, but if you are watching your salt intake, you might want to pass on this one. Each can has 650 mg of sodium.

This is a product that we've bought in the store on a regular basis. It was nice to be able to purchase it in bulk and have it arrive in good time and in excellent condition.

I ordered and received two packs of Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken Breast only to find up to 50% chicken fat in each container. This is a shock, I am shortiing through each container to find chicken meat. I am on a fixed income and this is an expensive situation for me. I know I cannot return this item and I trusted the Swanson brand.

My last order came in cans with the pull top. It is good and I have used it for casseroles, sandwiches, and salads. I put it on the automatic shipment thing, so I must like it fine, wouldn't you say? I let my spoiled pooch have it for a very special treat once in awhile and he adores it! Expensive dog food, eh?
I don't know whether it is a bargain or not. I have not priced it in the markets. I am getting it regularly now for the convenience. It arrives promptly in pristine condition.
