I use this all the time for a quick lunch. Try using 1/2 chicken stock & 1/2 water, add 1/2 can corn (drained) some protein (left over chicken is ideal), extra curry and it is a totally satisfying, stick-to-the-ribs lunch.

This may well be my favorite packaged lentil soup and is my favorite from Taste Adventures (I also like their Split Pea and their Black Bean). I like the curry seasoning; the packaging is convenient; preparation is easy. One package makes enough soup to serve as side dishes for two people or as the main course for one. After preparation, the soup is delicious and has a nice thick consistency, almost like a vegetarian chili. I usually enjoy it with grated cheese, a nice grainy bread and red wine.

A great tasting lentil soup. Easy to make--just boil water! Add some grated cheese and a piece of bread and you have a full meal. All natural ingredients as well.

If you are an on-the-go vegan you will appreciate this EASY, tasty, high protein, versatile soup. I buy it by the pound i eat it so much! if you add less water you get a sort of thick stew. Add vegetables and spices of your choice. I make it different everytime.
