Yummy, portable, any-time mealApr 18, 2009

I have tried the Taste Adventure dried soups in a few varieties: curried lentil, black bean, green split pea, and yellow spit pea. The yellow split pea is my favorite. I keep the pouches in a drawer at work. When hunger hits, I just pour one into a large mug, add hot water and stir, wait a few minutes, and Voila!: a tasty, filling, hot and super-easy lunch.

This soup is so convenient and healthy too. All you have to do is add hot water and cover it really. Lots of instant soups with the water already added have the can factor which gives it a different taste and is not a BPA free can. The taste on this soup is superior to what you can get in a can. It basically serves two per package but I usually eat the whole thing myself.
