I use this to serve hot apple sider. One stick on each glass, so I use a lot of sticks. The cinnamon is good quality, the stick are firm, a lot of flavor and aroma. At the price amazon has them are very affordable.

"neat, sweet and erudite"
You're going to have to use a lot of spices in bulk or ordering this won't make sense. I do a lot of baking and wanted fresh cinnamon sticks at a reasonable price for the upcoming holidays. I am very pleased by the quality and freshness and would order them again.
This summer I purchased their mustard seed for canning. It was also a great deal and I will be ordering it again next year. This seems to be a very reputable company and I'm glad to have found them here on amazon.
