We use lots of low sodium rice cakes at our house. They make a healthy, sustaining snack with peanut butter. This brand costs about the same as those from the grocery. They're handier though, because Amazon delivers them.

This brand of rice cakes have a whole grain texture and great taste, great for dieting. Top the rice cake with Hummus or Peanut butter or your favorite salsa. They satisfy the hunger.

I have purchased several cases of these rice cakes. They are fresh tasting and crisp, but at least a quarter to a third of the rice cakes in the case are in pieces, many beyond being useable. I won't buy them again.
