I like the flavor of this LemonGrass StirFry by Thai Pavillion and it is gluten-free. You can easily add spice and lime leaf and lemongrass if you want to make spicer or you can leave it mild. My local WF says MSRP is $3.69 and that's what they sell it for with a mfr coupon on it for $1 off so i don't know why the MSRP is shown higher on Amazon but you end up pretty much paying about full price without a discount for bulk purchase. Sometimes though my local Vons/Safeway puts on sale for $2 with the $1 off coupon doubled so I get it for free! It has a nice fresh flavor and you can add other veggies and be creative not following the instructions. This satisifies that I-gotta-have-Thai hankering. It is very spicy and leaves your mouth in flames!

Thai Pavilion Lemongrass Stir Fry looks innocuous, mostly harmless. Lemongrass has a lemony, mild flavor. However, this stir fry kit is NOT FOR THE WEAK! This has such a kicky hot sauce I didn't need to use Huy Fong Sriracha Chili Sauce, 17 Ounce Bottle (Pack of 6) It has a slow burn. It starts pretty slow, but after several bites you'll want some Sesame Oil - Extra Virgin, 26 fl.oz. or throw in some Thai Kitchen Pure Coconut Milk, 14-Ounce Cans (Pack of 12) to quiet the burn. It's a nice, filling meal. You can add chicken, tofu, or any sort of meat to it to make a full meal. Delicious, nutritious and spicy!

This lemongrass stir fry kit is pretty good. We stir fried half a pound of sliced chicken, then added this sauce and the cooked noodles. That was plenty of food for two of us in about 15 minutes of cooking time. Flavor is rich and delicate, but not spicy hot like some of the other Thai Pavilion sauces. Will try it again some time. Definitely much better than most Asian-food-in-a-box meals.
If you're a vegetarian, you could easily add some beans of tofu instead of chicken. I wouldn't make this plain, though, since that would mess up the spice balance.

I used to get these at Wegman's or Tops but now I can't seems to find them anywhere. I love these noodles so much I bought a 6-pack of them!

Stir-fry rice noodles: Rice flour, water and sea salt.
Sauce ingredients: fresh coconut cream, fresh garlic, fresh lemongrass, fresh onions, soy oil, fresh red chilies, soy sauce (water, soybeans, sea salt, cane sugar, vinegar), fish sauce (anchovies, sea salt, water, cane sugar, vinegar), cane sugar, tapioca starch, fresh straw mushrooms, sea salt, fresh carrots, fresh dill and sea salt.
Free Of Gluten.
Warnings
Contains soybeans, fish. Manufactured in a facility that uses peanuts.
