THE best allergen-free cake mixFeb 27, 2008

After trying every cake mix around to accommodate my son's numerous allergies, this one not only fits the bill but it is really delicious. It is rich with tasty chocolate and is plenty light, unlike so many other GF products. The leavening is already included, so there is no fussing with egg-replacer--all that is needed is water and the oil of your choice. This is one cake that the entire party likes! Highly recommended! Also check out all of the other Cravings Place products--all are terrific.

I was not diagnosed with gluten and egg sensitivities until I was in my mid twenties, so I remember what real chocolate cake tastes like. This is pretty darn close to "normal" cake. I have not found anything besides The Cravings Place products that can make me feel like I am not missing much :)
