Gluten Free Pantry Crisp and Crumble ToppingAug 03, 2009
By Georgine Nelson I have used this product in the past and it is easy to use and very good. I use as a topping for pies and for apple crisp.
It is very tasty and a welcome addition to Gluten-Free Baking.
Happy to see that I could obtain through Amazon because I am unable to purchase at local stores.

Not crisp or crumbly, but it is good and worth tryingOct 26, 2009
By Lisa S I used this recently to make a fresh peach crisp. The end result was good, but the topping did get soggy. I also found there was no need to add additional sugar. It is a good gluten free substitute. I will experiment to see if I can figure out how to prevent my desserts from getting soggy. Still tasted good though.
