Crab is the main ingredient in our crab cakes with just a bit of panko crumbs, Old Bay seasoning, onions and peppers bring a taste that is all crab. Since we do all the frying for you ahead of time you won't have the mess in your kitchen--you can simply reheat in your oven for about 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees until they are heated through. It is best to take from the baking sheet and transfer cakes to a paper towel to soak up extra oil and keep crisp. Our favorite topping is a tartare sauce that is a bit dressed up with capers, chopped cornishon and a shake or two of Tabasco sauce. Crab cakes are always the hit of a party and this recipe is a really a winner. Sit back and take the credit for all this hard work.
