i do not use the flavor pouch, as i have not ever found a pad thai flavor pouch that came anywhere close to tasting as it should, but i buy this anyway for the brown rice noodles. fantastic! i have spent hours googling, and this is the only place i have ever found them. the price is a little high for just the noodles...and the quantity, but healthy food tends to be more expensive, so it's not unexpected.

I love how it is made with BROWN RICE flour. Most noodles are made with typical white rice flour which isn't as good for you

These brown rice noodles, which are healthier than white rice, taste the same as the white rice, which is a good thing. The sauce is not my favorite, but it's pretty good. Great value, too.

This an excellent value product that tastes as advertised. Brown rice noodles Pad Thai. Unfortunately, I concluded that I didn't like brown rice noodles or pad thai too much. However, if you like the combination, it is an excellent value.
