Enhances instead of overwhelmsApr 03, 2009

At 74, I've tried hundreds of BBQ sauces and eventually just made my own, until Tony Roma's Hickory Barbecue sauce. I do my barbecuing in the oven and the taste is heavenly. Chicken, beef, pork all taste like they just came off the grill, and no grill to clean.

I didn't know what to expect when I got this package. I read some reviews on Amazon and they all seemed to love it. I was looking for a great BBQ sauce to use for my summer BBQ cooking and I found it in Tony Roma's product. This has a nice little kick to it and it tastes great. I like the fact that it is VERY thick. It doesn't run off the meat that I'm cooking like other sauces. I didn't try any of the other flavors, but I can tell you that I thoroughly enjoyed this one.
