I have an adult foster home and always look for ways to make it easier for my hired help to cook delicious meals with less time. Now---this sauce mix is so easy to make, you add water. You do have to condense the amounts made (it takes a gallon of water to make the whole package) but I use 1 cup mix to 1 1/4 cup boiling water and sometimes I add a bit more water or milk to make it creamier. But I use it on everything!!! Chicken, shrimp, lobster, crab, small scallops. It will easily serve 6 with my condensed recipe. The best thing to remember is IT IS DELICIOUS!!! Try it.
