Not worth the priceMar 12, 2012

I was very disappointed in this product even though I like this company's truffle oil. The paste was of inconsistent texture. When the tube was squeezed, parts that were watery would shoot out often accompanied by only air afterward. More importantly the taste was pretty bland. I'm frankly not sure that it was just my imagination that thought I detected the aroma of truffle. Folks, stick with the truffle oils unless you can fork out the money for the real thing.
