I cannot eat whole grain and modern wheat makes me very ill due to allergies, but this spelt pasta is amazing. Everyone in my family loves it and everyone I serve it to loves it too.It's great with red sauce, cream sauce, garlic and oil- whatever you like, as it does not become a total sponge like modern wheat angel hair pasta does. I have purchased this for years and I will never stop.

We live overseas, I ask my husband to pick up my favotite
whole foods when he is on a business trip. It is a hasel for him.
The products are hard to find. It has to waste time and gas driving all
over in hopes to find the things I asked for. This is the first time
I used Amazon for food. It arrived in perfect condidtion and it
was exactly what I asked for. No surprises.

My daughter has a wheat allergy, and for years we tried alternative pastas without pleasing Princess Picky's palate. This stuff (and all of their products) finally did the trick. It is the closest thing EVER to wheat pastas. Enjoy!

My wife and son can't eat wheat. This d'Abruzzo variety of spelt has a lighter color and more delicate flavor than the whole spelt variety, so those not used to the flavor of spelt are more likely to enjoy it. Buying it by the case saves about $12 over purchasing 12 individual 8 oz. boxes too! We buy about 4 cases a year.

This is my favorite pasta. I'm allergic to wheat, but have no problem with spelt. I like the spelt pastas better than the rice ones, especially as left overs.
