 Intense chocolate flavor for few caloriesFeb 06, 2009

I learned about these in my weight watchers meetings where it came up that you could have a pretty good chocolate muffin top with chocolate chips for 1 point (100 cals with 6 grams of fiber and low fat). This makes for a heck of a snack, both with coffee mid-morning or in the afternoon when you get those snack machine cravings. I throw one into my lunch bag when I go to work and feel confident that I will feel satisfied with my cakie snack. I buy them frozen and then microwave them on defrost till they are warm. This method has always yielded good texture and flavor. Enjoy.

I was reading the reviews above - for those that don't care for them try it after about 12-15 seconds in the microwave - it loses that dry texture for me . . .
and I love them as do my kids - this is my favorite flavor [the double chocolate dream] though my 10yo dd adores the pb chip one

My son is 2 1/2 years old. He is an extremely picky eater (and sometimes refuses to eat). I also work in a preschool and a parent recommended for me to try these. My son absolutely loves these. He calls them his cookies. He gets a 1/2 a muffin a day (I don't give him a whole one, only because of the price). But he loves it, and looks forward to it as a treat. At least I know he is getting all his vitamins this way (he doesn't even take the gummie vitamins, doesn't like them).

I love these! The taste is great and super low fat. I reach for these instead of high fat cookies. These are cheaper at costco, that is why I give it 4 stars for price. These are $32.76 for 24 here and 9.99 for 12 at costco freezers. I already put in a request to have the prices lowered since Im a prime member and spend several thousand of dollars at Amazon. I would like to certainly buy everything here so hopefully they will decrease soon!

I think these muffins are great... but I really thought I was ordering the brownies. I will order those the next time. The muffins are great if you are on a diet or anytime you are wanting a 'healthy' snack. I like the better deal on Amazon than on the official Vitamuffins website!!!!
