This is a great marinade for chicken or beef. But what I like the most is using it as a steak sauce. I typically use a dry rub on my steaks or tri-tips and then dip the steak into this marinade. one word.... AMAZING!!! If you want even more of a flavor kick try mixing it with some Garlic hot sauce! mmmmmmmm my mouth is watering now! My wife and I are in love with this marinade, our friends always ask us what it is when they are over for dinner. Buy it, you wont be disappointed!
