This was really fabulous! I went on the company's website and found some great recipes for most of the "dips" etc. they have available. I tried this one mixed with cream cheese and butter, sprinkled with the bacon topping, spread on strips of white bread, rolled up, wrapped in bacon and baked for about 5-7 minutes. They were absolutely amazing - I made some for myself to test them out, made more the next day, then made a tray for a party and they all were gone in minutes. I've been craving them ever since. ..it's really, really good and really really easy.
Wind & Willow BLT Cheeseball Mix
8 oz. cream cheese
4 T. butter or margarine
4 slices of white sandwich bread
DIRECTIONS:
Pre-heat oven to 425. Combine BLT Mix with 8 oz of cream cheese and 4 Tbs. butter. Trim the crust from 4 slices of white sandwich bread. Cut into 3 equal strips. Spread each strip with BLT mixture and sprinkle with Herb and Tomato Topping. Roll up from the short end of the strip. Wrap with 1/2 strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Back for approximately 10 minutes or until bacon is done. Your guests will fight for the last Bite

Love this product! I make it up as a dip instead of the cheeseball recipe! Always a BIG HIT! =) Great price too!!
