I have transferred this to my secondary while I wait for some more of my bottles to free themselves up. I sampled the uncarbonated beer, and it was great, it brought me back to England!
I would recommend you allow this time to mellow, as initially (after about a week and a half) it was quite hot (alcohol flavor wise) and could use some time to mellow out in the bottle.
Highly recommended. Easy, quick, and delicious!
