Ordered 2lbs based upon the positive reviews. I am happy with the quality of the jerky and taste of the product, I will buy again. My kids love the stuff, not a bad snack.

I ordered these based on the enthusiastic reviews, and when they arrived I was disappointed to see that brown sugar is the second ingredient, and this jerky also contains MSG and nitrites.
I'm sensitive to MSG and I'm not a fan of what nitrites do to the human body. MSG is a salt that tricks you into thinking something tastes better than it really does, and some people find it gives them headaches and numbness.
When I ordered, I had skimmed the product decriptions looking for ingredients, but couldn't find the them. Now I see the ingredients are listed lower on the page.
If you're like me and you avoid things like sugar, nitrites, and MSG, be sure to read the ingredients:
Ingredients - Sliced Beef, Brown Sugar, Water, Salt, Papaya Juice, Vinegar, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Monosodium Glutamate, Citric Acid, Sodium Nitrite.
Oh -- and by my standards, this jerky tastes ... just OK. A bit too sweet (6gm sugar per oz, to be precise, according to the label).
My favorite jerky I've found so far is "Gus's Really Good Fresh Beef Jerky - Original (No Sugar)" but unfortunately Amazon doesn't sell it.

This stuff is awesome great favor and very very moist. It is not leather hard jerky is breaks apart very easily so if you have teeth issues this is the brand for you. Like I said I LOVE THE FAVOR. Fast shipping too. I have tried all favors. Note all favors have a basic under lying favor but are just jazzed up with sugar, black pepper, and or mildly hot peppers.

I'm a lifelong jerky freak. I love the stuff that's moist and flavorful, teriyaki being my favorite. BTW, I barely consider the Oberto brand (the stuff they sell at Costco by the truckload) to be jerky as it's dry, tough and extremely salty. I was very pleased with my World Kitchens purchase. AAMOF, my wife tried a piece and then proceeded to polish off one bag. Cripes! She never cared for all that other cheap stuff I usually buy. Anyway, mine tasted great but didn't last long.

I don't think that it is possible to get better beef jerky for the price. My wife and two kids also find it to be delicious.
