My husband and I enjoy this dinner. I am from New Orleans and it reminds me of my grandmother's chicken and rice dinner.

I've always been a big fan of Zatarain's products, and the Chicken & Rice Dinner is no exception! The combination of spices (and veggies) in the rice add a great flavor to the chicken (prepared via the box's suggested one-pan option or adding cubed chicken in). Even my picky eaters enjoyed it! I recommend this for anyone looking for a nice Cajun kick to their chicken and rice dinners!
My only qualm is the quantity. A pack of 12 boxes ended up being split up and given to friends, because it was taking up too much room in my pantry. If only [...] could break it down to 6 boxes/pack.
