 really works: good coverageMay 09, 2011

I use these 100% poly wicking t-shirts for exercise because they really work. This one has some different "mesh" panels in the design -- seems a bit cooler, but this adds more seams which can chafe: pro's & con's... Manin fabric slighly sturdier than some other mfg. >>Runs big.<< Fits like an XL in other shirts. Sleeves are a little longer than others too, if you want the coverage. Have had for several months -- holds up well in washing. Not as "clingy" (or soft/silky) as some other mfg.

I purchased 3 of these shirts to use for my workouts (elliptical, recumbent bike and weight training) in hopes of staying cool and not looking like I just ran through the sprinklers. I do sweat a lot, and when wearing the typical cotton t-shirts I'm soaking wet from a decent workout. I also become cold when I cool off. These Adidas Power Clima shirts have eliminated both the soppy wet look and the chill I feel post-workout.
The shirts are very lightweight (feel like soft nylon) with a mesh back. The mesh is tight enough that my sports bra isn't highly visible, and yet both the CLIMACOOL fabric and mesh allow both heat and moisture to escape effectively throughout my workout. When I sweat I get damp, but not 'wet'. A great improvement! I don't notice any chafe on my neck or shoulders and they allow for a good range of motion while working out.
Sizing appears to be true. I have a 40" chest and wear a women's LG in these shirts. The fit is comfortably snug across my chest with a loose fit through the body and sleeves.
Overall, I think they are comparable in both quality and function to Nike's Dri-Fit line, but a bit less expensive than the Nike product. Don't hesitate to give them a try!
