first off....if you are looking for surround sound...dont buy it...the wires to the satellites are about 30in max...if you want good sound quality...dont buy it...the speakers on my tv have better sound quality than these speakers do...this product is best for low budgets with smaller area usage...dont expect the sound to fill larger rooms...other than that...thats it for this one

I bought this 2 years ago. Have hooked it up a couple of times hoping for better results each time, but no luck. The sound quality is very poor.

This is a horrible product! First of all, the speakers are so small and the connecting wires so short, they should only be used with a computer (even though the instruction sheet indicates that they can be connected to other devices like TVs, DVD players, etc.). Secondly, they don't even work as 5.1 speakers with a computer! They act as basic stereo speakers with redundancy (i.e. center and rear channels just play the same audio as the front channels, and the subwoofer doesn't play anything at all). Thirdly, they were left in their semi-working state one morning and by that evening (that is, after work), they didn't even turn on!
These speakers have literally nothing to warrant buying them. Certainly not for $50+!!

This product is horrid.....one speaker does not work.....SUB hums loudly ALL THE TIME......surround does not work.....BAD, BAD, BAD!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!
