This is great tasting decaf coffee. Lots of taste!! It doesn't have a watered down taste that some decaf coffees have. I love the metal canister that it came in, it is very easy to open.

Very nice - smooth texture, robust taste, excellent body. Very much like the cafe we enjoyed in Italia. In fact, many of the roasterias we frequented had the various colors of Illy packaging adorning the venues' walls. It's the same stuff. Enjoy!

I use a Chemex coffee maker (filter method) so perhaps a lot of a coffee's character gets lost. I love the way Illy packages the whole beans with normal air pressure using nitrogen(?). This, and their regular and espresso all have great aromas.

Coffee is really great. In my opinion the coffee is well balanced, not bitter and tastes much better compared to other brands. I really like the airtight container, not sure why other manufacturers have not embraced this concept.
